Is everything in your store on your website?

Only a portion of our in-store stock is online at any given time (though we are working to update it regularly). If you've seen or purchased something at our storefront in OKC, and can't find it online, send us an email at orders@myblueseven.com and we will help you out.

I have a question about my online order?

Send us an email at orders@myblueseven.com and we will make sure everything works out great. 

Is your OKC store front open?

Yes! We are open M-SAT 11AM-6PM. We hope to see you soon :)

Do you offer customization on products?

We do! Often this means adding a patch to a product, but we are open to collaborating on a project together. Email orders@myblueseven.com for more info.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at orders@myblueseven.com and we’ll take you through the process.

Where do you ship?

We can ship anywhere in the U.S. Our local pickup however, is only available for those who can pick up their items at our OKC location. 

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the U.S. will generally take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries, can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I pick up my order at the store?

Yes! We are calling this service, "local pickup". You'll select this option at checkout. After your order is placed we'll send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up. 

How does local pickup work?

Local pickup is only available M-SAT from 11AM-6PM for those who can pick up their items at our OKC location. After you have received an email letting you know your order is ready, please come to the store only between 11AM-6 PM.  

Will I be emailed when my order is ready for pickup?

Yes! After your order is gathered and ready to be picked up someone will send an email letting you know it's ready and will give you instructions for how to pick up. You may recieve an automated email thanking you for your purchase, but there will be an additional email with instructions sent when your order is ready to be picked up. 

Will I be emailed when my order ships?

Yes! We will first send you an email letting you know we recieved your email, and then we will send you an email when your order ships.
